Bluegrass Landscapes was founded in 1988 by our horticulturist, Jeff Winkle. As a graduate of NC State, Jeff holds a degree in Horticultural Sciences and was previously employed by the North Carolina Agricultural Extension. Jeff has a deep passion for helping customers to achieve the landscape of their dreams and is just the person to assist you with any future projects!
